J-Team stands for Jesus Team and consists of fourth through sixth grade students. The J-Team meets monthly and focus on helping out in the community. It is important to show the young members they can make a difference and to encourage them to help those in need.
The J-Team volunteer at several different organizations, such as the Idaho Food Bank, Ronald McDonald House and the Humane Society, as well as supporting needs within the congregation. Fund raising and item collection for people in need occur throughout the year.
With hard work comes fun. Some of these activities include going to the movies, a day at Boondocks Fun Center and a day at Roaring Springs Water Park during the summer. There are also fellowship gatherings such as progressive dinners, Christmas parties and pizza/desert nights.
