Luther Heights Bible Camp

Summer Opportunities
Luther Heights is in the process of filling the following staff positions: COUNSELORS, ASSISTANT COOKS and CAMPHANDS. We are also looking for NURSES and MAINTENANCE PEOPLE to serve on a weekly or weekend basis. Do you know of someone? Could it be you? Contact Luther Heights for more information.

Opening Work Weekends Coming Soon!
May 18-20 and May 25-28

It will be here soon -- time to open camp for the summer -- how exciting! It takes many hearts and hands to open camp and prepare it for a fantastic camping season! All skill levels are needed. Kids help side-by-side with adults and take play breaks as needed. Food and housing are provided for you in exchange for your help. Enjoy worship, fellowship, and the satisfaction of knowing you helped your camp!

Altar Guild

If you are looking for a quiet, yet very rewarding way to serve, please consider joining the Altar Guild. Members help prepare and serve the communion meal and/or provide bread for the meal. You will be well trained and supported. For more information, please contact Karen Seay or Linda Mohr.

Furniture Needed

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is in urgent need of furniture for incoming refugees who are fleeing war or persecution in their homelands. The IRC can pick up and deliver your donations (they're tax-deductible).

If you can help, please contact Keziah Sullivan (former manager of 10,000 Villages in the North End) at 344-1792. The Resettlement Office is at 106 N. 6th Street. Thank you very much.

New Church Directory

It's time to print a new church directory but the office staff needs your help. Please check your personal information in the sample directory on the sign-up table and make any necessary corrections with red pen.

Unfortunately, at this time our database only allows us to print one household phone number, the household e-mail address, and work phone numbers. In the future we hope to be able to include cell numbers.

If you are not a member but attend regularly, you will be listed in our "Friend Section." If you would prefer not to be listed, please indicate that.
