"Quilt Sunday" at Shepherd of the Valley

Each year our Quilters Ministry make upwards of 400 quilts, which are shipped out to ELCA World Relief. Before the quilts are shipped, they are displayed in the sanctuary and fellowship hall at the Church. That Sunday is commonly referred to as "Quilt Sunday." The beauty of all those quilts draped over pews, Altar rail and throughout the Sanctuary is easily the most decorated and beautiful Sunday of the year.  Likewise in the fellowship hall quilts are draped over the upstairs railing.
